WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We use NZ  Parcel Post to deliver from our studio in Palmerston. Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days. You  will be notified of shipment on day of dispatch

Domestic (within New Zealand)
Free Shipping for all orders over $100 or Flat Rate $10 for orders under $100

International Australia flat rate up to 2kg $20

International (UK, US, Canada & Europe)
Flat Rate  up to 2kg $20

 

If a parcel is not received within 7 days of shipment advice please email us via our contact page.

Sometimes there may be delays but generally parcels are taking a maximum 3 weeks to arrive in Australia

We do not accept responsibility for any items that may go missing whilst in transit to the customer.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Refunds will only be given on goods that are faulty. Goods will be deemed faulty if they are received damaged by the customer or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Normal wear and tear are not considered to be a fault.

In the rare case that you receive faulty goods, please email via our contact page as soon as possible. We hope to resolve the problem with you and work out the best solution.

 

You will be required to return the item at your expense and a full refund excluding the original postage costs within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange

Rabosi Design specialize in small run designs, to avoid disappointment please advise as soon as possible if you would like an item in a different size or fabric and we will do our best to exchange your garment.

​

If you would like to exchange your garment, return the item at your expense within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in original condition. Where provided, all packaging and tags must be included with your return. You will be required to return the item at your cost. Postage cost on the exchanged item will be $10. Items received by us that are damaged or worn will not be accepted.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME?

Actual finished garment size is included with each garment description therefore you need to make sure when checking measurements that you allow 1.5-2cm for movement.

PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy and guarantee that your personal information will never be given, traded or sold to any other organisation. We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order.

 

We use return email addresses provided to answer the email that we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
